Kindly be aware that the typical processing time for order fulfillment is 2-5 business days prior to shipping. For orders with more than 10 items, fulfillment may take 3-10 business days. The countdown begins when the order status switches to "Accepted." During the initial 2 hours, the order status will show as "New."

You have a 24-hour window to update the shipping address or cancel your order. Once the order is marked as "Accepted," it goes to our Fulfillment Team for processing, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
